Why do i need to use online menu if there is a regular one?
• You don't need to print a new menu each time when it will be changed. In the online menu, any changes can be made very quickly.

• All food service establishments are advised to take additional precautions that involve the least possible contact between people. The online menu will help to exclude frequent contacts of waiters with visitors.

• No need to wait for the waiter come to you. It's simple and convenient, you can watch the restaurant menu with photos on your smartphone, you don't need to install any applications.
What is required to start using online menu?
For the uploading of all the necessary information into the online menu, you will need your regular menu and photos of the dishes (if available). We can do the uploading of your online menu.
Can I use the service as a delivery site?
Yes, sure! You can use it as a delivery site. Especially for this, you can add the fields like «Delivery address», «Phone number», which will be filled in by the user. Just turn on this option in your control panel.
Where I can see notifications of new orders?
New order notifications are sent to Telegram and/or email. You can set up notifications in the control panel of your online menu. If you have integration with iiko POS enabled, all new orders will be instantly displayed in iiko (notifications via Telegram and/or e-mail are also available).
Is it possible to make a PDF menu from a QR code?
Yes, sure! The cost of this service is 37 € (one-time payment). We upload your PDF menu to our server and send you a QR code.
Is there integration with POS systems?
Yes, now there is integration with the iiko POS, and we are also working on integration with other popular POS systems.
Can I use my own domain for your service?
Yes, sure! This service is included in the PRO version. The domain is paid and renewed by you separately.
I want to change the design, put my logo, change the colors and so on
You can upload your logo in the control panel. If you want to change the design of your online menu, we can do this as part of individual arrangements.
How to edit my online menu?
In the control panel of your online menu, select the «Menu» item. Here you can edit categories and menu items, add and remove. To move a position up or down, simply drag it to the desired location.
How to create a QR code?
In the control panel of your online menu there is a special item «QR-code for a table». Enter the table number and click «Generate QR Code». You can integrate this QR code into your layout design. We recommend making table tents or stickers directly on the table.

If you use the integration with iiko, then instead of the table number, specify its ID from the system, then the order will go to iiko to the required table.
What are the requirements for iiko POS integration?
1. iiko version must be at least 7.3.6. If you have an old version, please contact your iiko manager for an update.

2. Integration with iiko using the new iiko Transport API protocol, make sure your iiko license includes this option. Your version must be at least iikoCloud Pro. The iiko Transport API protocol is not supported in the local version of iikoClassic.

3. To work via iiko Transport API, you need an API key, which is taken from iikoweb. If you do not know where to find the API KEY, please contact your iiko manager.

4. All items must be uploaded to the external menu. It is located in iiko Data Exchange / iikoBiz Upload / External Menu.
How to set up iiko POS integration?
1. Make sure requirements for integration with iiko are met.

2. Go to the control panel of your online menu and enable integration with iiko

3. Specify your API KEY (Where can I get the API KEY?)

4. If you have several terminal groups, then specify the ID of the terminal group in which the order will be created. If there is only one terminal group, then leave this field blank.

5. Specify the default table ID for which an order will be created. If you make a common QR code for the entire restaurant, then orders will come to this table, if your QR code is linked to a unique table ID in the system, then orders will go to the tables that are wired into the QR code. < br />
If everything is done correctly, then on the menu page you will see all your dishes, and when you create an order, you will receive a table refresh with a list of dishes that the guest added.
How does a guest pay for an order?
You can accept payment yourself, as is usual, or accept payment online, directly in the online menu. The system integrates the ability to accept payments through payment gateways CloudPayments and Yookassa.
